When marketing your holiday property, professional photographs are a real opportunity to help it stand out from the crowd. According to Holiday Lettings it’s the photographs on a listing that makes 79 per cent of prospective guests click through to find out more and book their stay.
To maximise your bookings, we provide a combination of wide angle photographs to accurately portray the space and facilities you offer along with closer details of architectural and interior design features to give potential customers a ‘feel’ of the unique holiday experience your property offers.
To provide you with the highest quality images, we use professional DSLR cameras and portable lighting when photographing your property. Following the shoot all images are colour balanced and digitally finished before being forwarded to you for approval. Please view our gallery to see examples of our photographs.

What areas do you cover?
We are based in South Northumberland giving us easy access throughout the North East, Yorkshire, the Lake District & Cumbria and the Scottish Borders. We regularly travel further for our clients and are available for photography commissions throughout the UK.
How long will the photo shoot take?
Photo shoots take around half a day for smaller properties and a full day for properties with four or more bedrooms. This allows us time to include various angles, make the best use of natural light and show your property at its best.
Will someone need to be present at the time of the photography?
Not necessarily. We aim to make photographs you’ll love so it’s useful if we can spend a little time with you at the property before the shoot to discuss your requirements in detail. If this isn’t possible, we’re always happy to discuss this with you on the phone or by email.
Do I need to ‘stage’ the property?
We will send you a guidance leaflet prior to our visit which will help you to prepare your property before the shoot. If you wish to provide fresh flowers, fruit and a bottle of wine, we will happily incorporate these into some of your photographs as this often helps to create an inviting and welcoming scene.
